They’re looking for someone who goes beyond simply executing tickets and takes the time to think critically about why and how things should be built. What they're looking for: ~4-6 years experience in Software Engineering (with 2+ years ideally using Next.js + Node.js) ~ AI-first mindset, you use Claude Code, Cursor, and similar tools as a matter of course, not as a novelty ~ Full-stack experience is must have used Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js ~ Startup DNA, you've ideally worked in a startup and seen a product grow Other details: Salary: £60k - £80k Location: Central London, 3 days onsite No sponsorship available
