Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services) London | Hybrid | £60,000 – £70,000 + route to Equity Director They’ve just secured another wave of project wins (circa £1m in fees) and are now at the point where they need someone strong on the mechanical side to come in and help drive things forward. Also worth being clear upfront - This is Building Services. Live project delivery. Not product design. You’ll work directly with the Director and quickly become the go-to person on the mechanical side. Mechanical design across building services projects Supporting delivery at detailed design and construction stages alongside contractors You’ll help shape client relationships You’ll play a key role in building out the London offering There is also opportunity for international travel , supporting projects and clients across their wider portfolio. The projects A strong mix of complex work, not just standard commercial: Data centres Hotels, venues and commercial developments You’ll build experience across multiple sectors, which is exactly what positions you for Director level longer term. Mechanical Design experience within Building Services Comfortable working at detailed design and delivery stages Experience working with contractors or in contractor-led environments Able to handle live projects, coordination and client interaction Opportunity to work on international projects and travel when required Hybrid working, London focused with some time in Peterborough
