Can lead, motivate and develop a small kitchen team
Has solid knowledge of all back of house procedures, including:
HACCP & food safety
Stock control & ordering
Kitchen organisation
Health & safety compliance
Prep systems & service xwzovoh standards
Thrives in a fast-paced café and events environment
