As they continue to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of an intermediateQuantity Surveyor based in Dungannon.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a progressive and supportive organisation, working on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, educational, and infrastructure sectors.
As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects from pre-contract through to final account.
Your responsibilities will include: The Role Negotiating and appointing sub-contractors Managing sub-contractor packages from appointment through to final account Preparing and submitting valuations and variations Working closely with Contracts Managers and Site Teams to ensure successful project delivery Carrying out site visits to assess completed works, quality, and cost control Ensuring full compliance with company systems, procedures, and information management policies Whats on Offer Competitive salary of £45,000 £55,000 Performance-related bonus structure Private medical insurance, life assurance, and employee assistance programme Enhanced holiday entitlement, service awards, and marriage leave Family-friendly and flexible working policies, including hybrid working Ongoing training, clear career progression pathways, and professional membership support Regular company social and team-building events What Youll Bring Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Civil xwzovoh Engineering Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Quantity Surveyor role Strong working knowledge of construction contracts (e.g.
