Mechanical Fitter (MEICA / Water Industry) North West Permanent Company Van & Fuel Card We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a growing team delivering works across the Environment Agency MEICA Framework. Working across various sites throughout the North West, youll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, installation, refurbishment and fault-finding on a range of mechanical assets including pumps, gearboxes, penstocks, sluice gates, valves and pipework. Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering/Maintenance or equivalent Previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter or Maintenance Fitter Strong mechanical fault-finding skills Ability to read engineering drawings CSCS card or relevant industry certification Full UK Driving Licence Desirable Water industry experience Confined Space Training IPAF/MEWP Slinging & Signalling PASMA Whats on Offer?
