Secondary Supply Teachers

Are you a qualified secondary teacher looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to work in excellent schools across Hampshire?

We are currently recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term assignments in mainstream secondary schools across Hampshire. Whether you’re an experienced teacher, an ECT, or returning to the classroom, we have opportunities to suit your availability and preferences.

About the Role

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across your specialist subject or general cover
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
• Support school behaviour policies and routines
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups (KS3–KS5)

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Recent experience teaching in a UK secondary school (or relevant placements)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible, professional, and reliable approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
