Benefits Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Clear opportunity for career progression Supportive and collaborative studio environment Exposure to a diverse range of projects Opportunity to gain on-site experience and follow projects from inception through to completion Ongoing professional development Support for Part 2 candidates working towards Part 3Daily Duties Work across all RIBA stages from concept through to completion Produce high-quality design and technical drawings Assist with planning applications, building regulations, and tender packages Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients Attend site visits and project meetings Support project delivery within deadlines and budget constraintsIdeal Candidate Part 2 Architectural Assistant with substantial UK practice experience, or a fully qualified Part 3 Architect Strong design and technical skills Proficient in industry-standard software (Adobe Suite essential; MicroStation and SketchUp beneficial) Good knowledge of UK planning and building regulations Excellent communication and organisational abilities Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects (desirable) Experience running projects or leading small teams (desirable) Ideally based locally to Carshalton, Surrey / South London This employer is an equal opportunities organisation and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified candidates.
