About the role
ehaviour Mentor - Bolton - Immediate Start
Are you experienced in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and ready to make a meaningful impact every day? We are currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive team in Bolton. This is an immediate start role and requires a full UK driving licence.
Your Role
Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils manage behaviour and build confidence
Implement tailored strategies to support pupils in overcoming barriers to learning
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure consistent support
Monitor progress and celebrate achievements with pupils and staff
Act as a positive role model, promoting resilience, independence, and self-beliefWhat We're Looking For
Experience working with children with SEN or additional needs
Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
