PPA Teacher (Full-Time)
Start Date: September 2026Location: Preston (PR2)Pay: £120 – £160 per day (dependent on experience)Contract: Full-time
We are seeking a confident and adaptable Full-Time PPA Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Preston (PR2) from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who enjoys variety and is comfortable working across the full primary age range.
The Role
- Deliver pre-planned PPA cover lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Provide engaging and effective teaching across a range of year groups
- Maintain positive behaviour and consistent classroom routines
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
Previous experience working as a PPA Teacher is desirable but not essential, as support will be provided by the school.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Fully inducted teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
- Flexible, organised, and adaptable
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
