Senior FF&E Designer Location: Chelsea, London Salary: £52,000 - £64,000 per annum (Dependent Upon Experience) A globally admired luxury interior design studio are looking for a Senior FF&E Designer to join their London team, working on the hospitality and amenity spaces of an exceptional luxury residential development in Asia. The studio is known for creating some of the most beautifully crafted interiors in the world, with a portfolio spanning luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces. This role would suit an experienced Midweight FF&E Designer, Project FF&E Designer or Senior FF&E Designer who has already worked on Luxury Hospitality, super-prime residential, private members’ clubs, hotels, restaurants or premium amenity spaces, and is ready to contribute to a truly standout international project and join a fantastic team. Package: * Competitive salary: £52,000 - £64,000 per annum (Dependent Upon Experience) * 24 days annual leave, plus bank holidays * Enhanced company pension scheme * Cycle to work scheme * Summer office hours with 3pm Friday finishes in July and August * Weekly workshops and industry presentations * Regular creative outings, workshops and social events Office: Chelsea, London Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Hybrid Working 2 days per week) Duties: * Lead FF&E design development across luxury hospitality-led amenity spaces * Create concepts, mood boards, material palettes and presentation documents * Source and specify high-end furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, artwork and accessories * Develop bespoke furniture and decorative lighting with suppliers and makers * Manage FF&E schedules, specifications and procurement information * Mentor junior and midweight designers while maintaining exceptional design standards Requirements: * 7+ years’ FF&E design experience within a high-end interiors studio * Degree Qualified (or equivalent) in Interior Design or a similar field * Background in luxury residentia * l, hospitality, hotels, restaurants, private members’ clubs or premium amenity spaces * Excellent taste level with a strong eye for colour, texture, proportion and detail * Strong knowledge of luxury suppliers, materials, furniture, lighting and fabrics * Experience producing presentations, sample boards, schedules and specifications * Project lead / management experience is required * Confident communicator, highly organised and comfortable working on fast-paced international projects This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior FF&E Designer who wants to work on some of the best international landmark luxury projects with a highly respected studio.
