Our client, Barnet Council, is seeking an agency Social Worker for its Carer Assessment team.
This role will last 3 months initially, paid at up to £37.52 per hour.

The role will involve the following:
- Undertaking viability assessments of family & friends for children needing permanency
- As well as progressing to full Special Guardianship and Connected Carer Assessment.
- This role involves preparing reports for Court.
Requirements of the role:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Fully Social Work England registered
- 3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules)
- Must have demonstrable skills and experience of completing all types of Kinship assessments (Viability assessments, Special Guardianship assessments and Connected Carer assessments).
