Unqualified Teaching Assistant - Secondary School - Blackley (M9)Pay & Start Date

• £109.85 - £120 per day (depending on experience)
• Start date: ASAP

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join a supportive and inclusive secondary school as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant in the Blackley (M9) area. • Supporting students in the classroom with their learning
• Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
• Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Assisting with classroom management and organisation
• Supporting students with additional needs
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children OR transferable xwzovoh skills (e.g. coaching, care work, youth work, mentoring)
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• A genuine passion for supporting young people
