Smith & Wollensky London has been part of the city since 2015, based in the Art Deco Adelphi Building just off the Strand. We are one of the few restaurants that still set tables with cloth and silver, carve at the table, and expect genuine conversation with our guests. Standards matter here, and they are protected.
In 2025, we marked ten years of service in London. In a market where many teams have fragmented, ours has stayed intact. A significant number of our front- and back-of-house team have been with us for four years or more. That is not by accident. We are now looking for a Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie to join that team.
