The Role:
As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager with all aspects of the retail store operation. You'll lead from the front, drive sales, deliver excellent customer service and help create a positive and engaging shopping environment.
This Assistant Manager role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands on retail environment, loves working with people and is passionate about delivering strong commercial results.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager with daily retail operations

Drive sales and KPI performance across the retail store

Lead, motivate and develop the retail team

Deliver excellent customer service standards

Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards

Create a positive and energetic store environment

What We're Looking For:
Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader within retail

Passion for retail, people and customer experience

Strong communication and leadership skills

Commercially aware with the ability to drive results

Positive, hands on and enthusiastic approach
