- 12-month About the Role Were looking for an experienced and people-focused People Partner to join our clients HR team supporting HR Projects across the multi-site business during a period of growth and transformation This is a hybrid role based in South Wales, combining home working with regular on-site collaboration.
As a trusted advisor, youll partner with leaders to deliver HR Projects, drive engagement, support organisational change, and help create a positive, high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities Support OD and workforce planning aligned to growth and transformation.
An exciting opportunity to lead and support people related transformation projects across the Group Partner with managers on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinaries, grievances, and wellbeing Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on people management best practices as well as championing continuous improvement across people practices Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives driving capability and supporting leadership development and succession planning Use people data and insights to support decision-making and workforce planning Help drive employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives About You Previous experience in a HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or People Partner role ideally within a regulated environment Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Confident managing Projects and TUPE Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Able to build trusted relationships xwzovoh across all levels of the organisation CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience) desirable What We Offer Hybrid working flexibility Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development Supportive and collaborative culture To apply, please send your CV with current remuneration details quoting reference 68/TJ to the retained consultant, Natalie Mortimer.
