- Property Management Surveyor Our client, a market-leading real estate firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Surveyor to manage a portfolio of high-profile assets in Central London.
This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on delivering exceptional service standards, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting long-term asset performance as part of a collaborative and high-impact team.
Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management and operational performance of commercial properties within a prominent development.
Support the smooth onboarding of new instructions, ensuring all management systems and reporting processes are in place.
Carry out regular site inspections to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Prepare for and lead client meetings, including documenting actions and following up effectively.
Deliver timely, high-quality client reporting and analysis across the managed portfolio.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on lease events, service charges, arrears, and occupier queries.
Identify and support asset management initiatives, contributing to broader strategic goals.
Key Requirements Demonstrable experience in commercial property management, ideally within complex or mixed-use assets.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and client-focused manner.
Collaborative team player, confident mentoring junior colleagues and supporting a positive working culture.
Commercially astute with strong knowledge of lease structures, service charges, and relevant property legislation.
Proficient in using property management systems and digital tools to maintain accurate data and reporting.
An interest in sustainability, innovation, and emerging trends within the property and real estate sector.
