Due to continued growth within the department, the firm is now looking to appoint a Civil Litigation Solicitor with 2 years PQE to join its busy and supportive Windsor team .

Supporting the Head of Department , you will manage a varied civil litigation caseload covering employment law , landlord and tenant disputes , contractual disagreements , commercial litigation and debt recovery .

Key Requirements We are looking for a solicitor who can combine strong litigation experience with a commercial, client-focused approach .

You will ideally bring: A minimum of 2 years PQE with experience in civil litigation The ability to manage your own caseload with confidence and minimal supervision Experience handling a broad range of contentious matters, ideally including employment , landlord and tenant , contract disputes , commercial litigation and debt recovery Strong drafting skills and the ability to produce clear, accurate and professional legal documentation Confidence in dealing with matters at both pre-litigation and court proceedings stage Excellent written and verbal communication skills A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational ability A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent client care Confidence using case management systems , although training will be provided where required An interest in networking , marketing and supporting the continued growth of the department and the wider firm Role & Responsibilities As a Civil Litigation Solicitor , you will play an important role in the continued development of the Litigation Department, managing your own matters while supporting the wider objectives of the team.
