Mechanical Estimator (M&E)

Kent | £70,000 – £80,000 + Package

A long-established, family-owned M&E contractor in Kent is looking to bring an experienced Mechanical Estimator into the business as part of its continued growth.

This is a company built on repeat business and long-term relationships, offering a more stable and personable working environment compared to larger contractors.

You’ll be involved across the full estimating lifecycle, including:

• Reviewing tender enquiries, drawings and specifications
• Producing detailed take-offs and cost plans for mechanical packages
• Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Supporting the preparation and submission of tenders
• Identifying risks and opportunities within bids

To be considered, you should have:

• Experience in mechanical estimating within M&E / building services
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to deadlines
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
