Hours: Full Time & Part Time Opportunities Available
We are currently recruiting for 3 Full Time Support Workers to join a well-established Independent Supported Living service. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a purpose-built core and cluster development , consisting of individual bungalows designed to support people on the autism spectrum and those with complex needs to live as independently as possible.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will be working within a domiciliary care environment , supporting individuals in their own homes. This role involves a high level of lone working , so confidence, initiative, and strong decision-making skills are essential.
You will provide person-centred support, promoting independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing at all times.
Shift Patterns
- Full Time: 3 x 12.5-hour shifts per week
- Part Time: Minimum of 25 hours per week (2 x 12.5-hour shifts)
- Shifts include days, evenings, and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support
- Encourage independence and daily living skills
- Support individuals with complex needs and autism
- Work independently across different bungalows within the service
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting individuals with autism and/or complex needs (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and confidently in a lone-working environment
- Flexible and reliable approach to shift patterns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
