Registered Nursing Home Manager – Family-Run Nursing Home Location: Dover Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum Contract: Full-time | Permanent We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Care Home Manager to lead a medium-sized nursing home in Dover. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, family-run provider with a growing portfolio of homes and strong operational support in place. The home is currently rated GOOD by the CQC and has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As Registered Care Home Manager, you will ensure the home continues to deliver outstanding care while maintaining strong operational performance, team development, and regulatory compliance.
