About the role
BCS require a site Manager for an interior fit-out client to look after a team on a construction commercial refurbishment contract in the Bournemouth area.
Main works:
* Fire Stopping
* Floors, ceilings
* Meeting rooms
* Door, cupboards and furniture wrapping
* Office decoration – corridors
Main duties:
* The daily running of site
* site inductions
* looking after and direction sub contractors
* maintaining health and safety
* keeping records of progress
* reporting back to contracts manager
Requirements:
* SMSTS Cert
* CSCS Card
* First Aid certificate
* min 5 years site manager experience
* be from a interior/refurbishment background
* Possible - Vetting process due to sensitivity of works
* Pasma & Ipaf would be advantageous
