We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Project Coordinator to join our high-performing Developer Services Field Team. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and making a real difference to customer experience.What you’ll be doing as a Project Coordinator
This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds, combining office-based planning with hands-on fieldwork. You’ll support the smooth delivery of new clean water connections, working closely with contractors, operational teams, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and deliver right-first-time outcomes for our customers.
- Plan and coordinate complex clean water connections, managing schedules, priorities, and customer communications to keep everything running smoothly
- Take ownership of escalations, delays, and complaints, driving swift resolutions while delivering a standout customer experience
- Act as the key link between Developer Services, Water Networks, contractors, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Carry out on-site inspections, ensuring health & safety, water quality, and installation standards are met right first time
- Conduct post-installation checks, identify any remedial works, and see them through to completion to maintain high quality outcomes
- Analyse performance data, spot trends and root causes, and recommend improvements to drive
This can be based in Reading or Kidlington
What you should bring to the role

- Take real ownership, seeing tasks and challenges through to resolution with accountability
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and contractors through excellent communication skills
- Show curiosity and a proactive mindset, always looking for better ways of working
- Have experience in water networks, operational teams, or working with delivery contractors (desirable, not essential)
- Offering an annual salary up to £55,000 per annum depending on skills and experience
- 24 days holiday per year increasing to 28 with the length of service (plus bank holidays)
