We are looking for an individual who will:
- work in close partnership with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to deliver the school’s vision and improvement priorities
- champion restorative justice and relational practice across the school.
- support and drive inclusive practice, including SEND and vulnerable groups.
- support teaching and support staff, including leading on professional development.
- oversee behaviour and wellbeing, promoting the school’s values: Be Kind, Be Safe, Go Above and Beyond.
- contribute to the strategic leadership of the school, including self-evaluation and school improvement planning.
- act as a role model for staff and pupils, upholding the highest expectations and professional standards.
- engage with the Wandsworth Deputy Head forum and support networks.
- work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to promote positive outcomes for all pupils.
- experience as a DSL or assistant DSL.
- take part in a comprehensive handover period with the current Deputy Headteacher.
This an out-of-class leadership role.
