Open Tuesday to Sunday, offering breakfast, brunch and dinner (Friday/Saturday), this is a focused, quality-led operation running pizzas and small plates for anything from 20 to 100 covers. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, and the right Head Chef will have genuine input into where the food goes next. Solid Head Chef or Sous Chef experience within a fresh food, independent setting
Comfortable across a brunch and evening menu, pizza and small plates experience a real advantage
Used to smaller brigades and happy to be hands-on at the pass every service

Organised and consistent, able to manage food costs and maintain high standards across a variable cover range
