- Up to £50,000 About You / Candidate Requirements CIPD qualified HR professional with significant generalist HR experience Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice Experience operating in a senior HR advisory or leadership role within a fast-paced environment Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters confidently and effectively Experience supporting organisational change initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align HR strategy to business objectives Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Experience coaching and supporting managers on people-related matters Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience supporting learning, development and talent management initiatives Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support Develop and implement workforce planning initiatives aligned to organisational goals Support organisational design and continuous improvement activities Lead and manage employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance issues Provide guidance and coaching to managers to strengthen leadership capability and employee engagement Support organisational change projects including restructures, redeployment and consultation processes Use workforce data and insight to inform decision-making and identify trends Promote employee development, succession planning and internal career progression Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with current legislation Support the delivery of training and people development initiatives across the organisation For further information on this job, or any other HR role in Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Ryan Sykes for a confidential chat today. xwzovoh
