Supply Care Solutions are working with a nursery in Surrey to place and experienced and passionate Nursery Manager who is committed to delivering outstanding early years education and creating a nurturing environment for children, families, and staff.

SALARY: up to £50,000 per annum TYPE: PERMANENT HOURS: This is a Full time role (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri) We are looking for a Nursery Manager who: Has a strong background in early years education and childcare Has previous leadership or management experience within a nursery setting Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices Is confident in leading, motivating, and developing a team Is passionate about delivering high-quality care and education Has excellent organisational and communication skills Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery Lead and support the nursery team to deliver outstanding practice Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals Manage staff performance, recruitment, and development Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children If you are interested in the Nursery Manager position please apply online or call us directly.
