We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of a portfolio of strategic and regulatory initiatives for a leading financial services client. This role will focus on driving high-quality requirements definition, stakeholder alignment and supporting execution across multiple concurrent programmes. You will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling successful delivery across complex change initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to work across key European regulatory frameworks and contribute to large-scale transformation programmes. Requirements & Analysis Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, user stories, process flows and data models Conduct gap analysis (as-is vs. Ensure requirements align with regulatory obligations and business objectives Interface with business, product and technology teams across multiple workstreams Identify, escalate and manage risks, issues and dependencies Support UAT, defect management and resolution Ensure adherence to best practice and regulatory standards Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services Strong regulatory change experience, including: Dutch regulatory frameworks (FTK, MER, MESRAP, CCI) Strong requirements gathering, data analysis and documentation skills Experience within asset servicing, custody or fund administration environments Exposure to data mapping and SQL
