Policy and Research Manager

We are currently working with a not-for-profit organisation in Central Cambridge who are looking for a Policy and Research Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis, although part-time hours will also be considered. This is a hybrid role, with only a couple of days a month needed in their Cambridge office. Main duties will include: * Managing the delivery of policy-related projects and programmes * Coordinating contributions to European research and policy projects * Conducting evidence-based research, sector reviews, and analysis * Preparing project reports, policy briefings, and stakeholder summaries * Developing and facilitating workshops, advisory groups, and engagement events * Building and managing relationships with external stakeholders and partner organisations * Supporting the development of funding bids and project proposals The successful candidate will have: * Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams to deadline * Experience working with universities and/or within higher education environments * Strong qualitative and quantitative research and analysis skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building experience * Good IT skills including Microsoft Office packages and online meeting platforms * Ability and willingness to travel in the UK and internationally when required If this role looks like the new challenge that you are looking for please apply via the advert or contact Emma at Eclectic Recruitment for more information.
