A team-focused, high-end Quantity Surveying consultancy with an enviable client base, is looking to add a hard-working, client facing Quantity Surveyor (or Assistant Quantity Surveyor) to join their family-feel office in London.

The Quantity Surveyor's role The successful Quantity Surveyor will be helping to deliver a Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Contract Administration role on luxury / high-end residential projects across London and the Home Counties.
The new Quantity Surveyor shall support the team with the delivery of projects for private clients, which requires a professional and confident approach, as well as a good level of Quantity Surveying knowledge.
The Quantity Surveyor Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or MSc 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience Must have worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy Must have High end residential / private residential project experience A good, professional, confident character Team player In Return? £35,000
