Your new role Working a continental shift pattern of 3 days on, 3 days off and then 3 nights on and three nights off, you join a large and well-structured team in maintaining the production lines and processing equipment on a preventative and reactive basis. With large investment comes exposure to projects, installations and upgrades also. What you'll need to succeed Time served apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical maintenance and experience within a manufacturing or production-based environment or transferable sector. What you'll get in return Salary of £54400 plus overtime paid at enhanced rates and annual pay review. An opportunity to earn overtime is available. Increased pension contribution and holiday allowance.
