About the role
WSP UK & Ireland is seeking a strategic Senior Proposals Manager to lead complex, high-value bids across the Energy sector in the UK and Ireland. You will drive the bid lifecycle from capture planning to final proposals, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring client-focused solutions.
Reporting to the Energy Proposal Team Lead, you will mentor bid teams, uphold governance, and push continuous improvement in bid quality and competitiveness.
