Head of Revenue Management

Head of Revenue Operations Reading (Hybrid 3 days per week) £90,000£95,000 + 15% Bonus + Equity Build the Revenue Operations function from the ground up. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Revenue Operations to join a private equity-backed SaaS business during a key phase of growth. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with Commercial leadership, you'll own the Revenue Operations function, ensuring the business has the systems, processes and insights to scale successfully. What You'll Do Own and develop the Revenue Operations function. Optimise Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong and the wider RevTech stack. Build CRM workflows, automation and system integrations. Improve revenue forecasting, pipeline management and reporting. Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. Drive CRM adoption, data quality and operational best practice. Manage commission calculations and incentive plans. What You'll Bring Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations. Background in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong hands-on Salesforce administration and CRM optimisation experience. Experience with HubSpot, Gong, APIs and system integrations. Knowledge of ARR, NRR, forecasting, pipeline management and SaaS metrics. Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
