Senior Electronics Design Engineer

We're supporting an established UK technology business developing advanced electronic detection systems used internationally.

They're looking for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join their product development team, taking ownership of hardware design from initial concept through to prototyping, testing and production.

The Role:

Analogue and mixed-signal circuit design, including amplifiers, filters and signal conditioning

*

Schematic capture and multilayer PCB design using Altium

*

Developing low-noise electronics and resolving signal integrity issues

*

Hardware prototyping, testing, validation and debugging

*

Taking technical ownership of designs through the full product lifecycle

What We're Looking For:

*

Strong commercial electronics design experience

*

Solid analogue circuit design knowledge, including op-amps, filtering, noise and stability

*

Experience designing and developing PCBs using Altium or similar

*

Practical laboratory testing and circuit debugging skills

*

Ability to independently develop electronic hardware from concept to finished product

Experience with high-speed digital electronics, sensor interfaces, EMC or embedded systems would be beneficial.
