Some of the matters that they work on including working with Ultra High Net Worth families, individuals and companies who are seeking to invest in property around the UK.In this role, you will be involved in residential property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, financing of UK real estate on behalf of International clients. You will be drafting letters, reports, and emails as part of a transaction and negotiating transaction documents.We are happy to receive applications from qualified solicitors with around 4 years PQE in residential property – such as dealing with sales, purchases and mortgages. Experience working alongside Islamic banks on finance matters is preferred but not required for this role.
