The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: * support pupils with ASD, SEMH, speech & language needs, or behavioural needs * work 1:1 or with small groups within a mainstream primary setting * help pupils regulate, engage and access learning * follow support plans and work closely with the SENCO * build positive, trusting relationships with pupils * contribute to a calm, consistent classroom environment This role suits someone patient, proactive and passionate about helping children thrive.
