ASD Support Location: Thatcham Start Date: ASAP Pay Scale: £90.00 - £105.00 per day Are you a compassionate and motivated ASD Support professional looking for a rewarding new opportunity? Do you have experience working with children with autism or additional learning needs? A welcoming and inclusive Specialist School in Thatcham is seeking a dedicated ASD Support candidate to join their team as soon as possible. The successful applicant will provide tailored 1:1 and small group assistance to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, communication difficulties, and associated SEN needs. This ASD Support role will involve: * Providing individual support for pupils with autism * Assisting with communication and social development * Creating a structured and positive learning environment * Working collaboratively with teachers and therapists * Supporting emotional regulation and classroom engagement * ASAP start available The school is looking for an enthusiastic ASD Support worker who is patient, proactive, and passionate about helping young people succeed.
