Production Manager

Production Manager - Precision Engineering / Aerospace Braintree | £60,000 - £70,000 A precision engineering business, recently acquired by a multi-million-pound group and now mid-scale-up, is looking for a Production Manager to lead its next phase of growth. With £1.2m of capital investment underway, a strong order book, and some of the best machinists in the industry already in place, the structure and leadership layer is the missing piece. The role As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll lead all production operations across a complex CNC environment serving aerospace and defence. You'll inherit a technically strong team, the requirement now is for a leader who brings structure, accountability and scalability.
