Key Responsibilities Manage CVRs, cost reporting and project performance Prepare and agree interim valuations and final accounts Identify, price and manage variations Procure and manage subcontractors and supplier accounts Ensure contractual compliance, including notices and payments Support project delivery alongside site and project teams Contribute to client meetings, reporting, and commercial submissions (EOT/L&E) Requirements Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Minimum 5 years experience within civil engineering or infrastructure projects Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts Commercially aware with strong negotiation and communication skills Self-motivated, organised and able to work effectively within a team Package Competitive salary Private medical care Death in service benefit Company pension Discretionary bi-annual bonus Additional company benefits Interested? xwzovoh Apply with a copy of your most recent CV, or, get in touch with Eibhleann at TotalCare for a confidential chat.
