My client is a global packaging company, being one of the largest companies to provide innovative solutions to various markets worldwide. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Customer Account Executive to join their team in Belfast.

This is a Full-Time, Temporary position to then go Permanent thereafter.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-5pm

With a salary of £26,000 per annum.

Job Purpose:

As a Customer Account Executive, you will be working within the Customer Service Department which will include a client facing position with filing and administrative duties. You will be a direct link between customers and the business while ensuring that all filing and documentation storage procedures are followed.

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels - with strong customer facing skills.
• Highly analytical and good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours.

Desirable Criteria:

• 2+ years' experience within a similar role.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Filing of product specifications and job bags
• Raising internal product specifications which will be used for manufacturing purposes
• Processing purchase orders & raising internal job bags for production
• Ensuring that all relevant information is communicated to the customer & internally
• The ordering of tooling & printing plates
