Responsibilities:
Act as an escalation point for technical issues across support and field teams
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot faults
Support network configuration changes and software upgrades
Maintain monitoring tools and network documentation
Respond to and manage incidents and outages
Ensure stable and reliable network services
Skills/Must Have:
CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of IP protocols, routing (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, Ethernet, and firewalling
Experience with xwzovoh vendors such as Juniper, Cisco, or Adtran (preferred)
Background in telecoms, IT, or NOC environments
Self-sufficient, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
