Quality Assurance Technician Kilkeel | Permanent £14.50 £15.00 per hour DOE Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a successful and growing food production company in Kilkeel who are looking to recruit aQuality Assurance Technician to join their expanding team.

Main Duties: Daily verification of CCPs including cooking, cooling and freezing checks Carrying out temperature checks across production rooms, chillers and cold stores Conducting quality and traceability checks on ingredients, WIP and finished products Ensuring products meet required specifications, grades and weights Monitoring packing processes to ensure compliance with product specs Completing daily HACCP and GMP checks throughout production Maintaining accurate QA records and updating product specifications Essential Criteria: Minimum 1 years experience within the food industry or a Food Related Degree Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Strong communication and organisational skills High attention to detail with a proactive attitude xwzovoh Flexible and reliable approach to working hours Benefits: Competitive hourly rate Flexible working hours and days Supportive and friendly working environment Opportunity for career progression and development If you are passionate about quality and food safety and would like to join a growing company, contactLeah Warnock today and clickAPPLY NOW.
