Contract Supervisor

Contract Supervisor – FM Service Provider – London Bridge – Up to £60,000 per annum CBW is currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity with a leading Facilities Management (FM) service provider based in London Bridge. This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality building services within a busy, occupied commercial environment, ensuring both planned and reactive work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will manage a team of 4 engineers, focusing on supervision, compliance, and contract support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position is ideally suited to someone ambitious and career-driven, with a clear pathway to progress into a Contract Manager role. Hours of Work Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm No Call Out Overtime AvailableKey Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate building maintenance engineers and specialist subcontractors Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are delivered to required standards Review, approve, and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) Issue and control Permits to Work in line with site safety procedures Monitor and update CAFM systems, ensuring accurate maintenance records Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies Produce reports, track KPIs/SLAs, and support contract performance reviews Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to maintain high service levels Identify plant or system defects and coordinate remedial works Assist with quotations, scopes of work, and technical recommendations Support the Contract Manager with day-to-day contract delivery and continuous improvementRequirements Electrically or Mechanically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent) Previous supervisory or lead experience within FM/building services Strong understanding of RAMS, permits to work, and compliance processes Experience using CAFM systems and producing reports Good knowledge of commercial building services (HVAC, electrical, etc.) Experience with LV/HV systems (desirable)Please send your CV to Katie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information
