We're hiring someone who wants to get into recruitment and is ready to put the work in.

No prior recruitment experience needed.

What you'll be doing Building client relationships through business development and outreach Sourcing and engaging candidates within your specialist IT market Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief through to placement Keeping on top of your pipeline, your activity and your targets What we're looking for 6 months minimum in a sales or customer-facing environment Confident, commercially minded and comfortable on the phone Results and financially motivated Looking for a long-term career What's on offer Base salary from £26,000 + up to 35% uncapped commission OTE Year 1: £30,000-£40,000 | Year 3-5: £60,000-£100,000+ Bonus opportunities throughout your first 6 months Structured 8-10 week training programme with an onsite trainer Direct mentoring from senior consultants Transparent, performance-based progression International travel xwzovoh incentives
