Magnus Search is currently recruiting for FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a fast-paced, high-volume operation near Doncaster.

The Role You will be responsible for keeping the facility moving.

Duties include: Operating a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and transport materials.

Supporting the warehouse team with stock management and inventory.

Carrying out daily vehicle maintenance checks.

Following all safety protocols to ensure a smooth, accident-free shift.

What youll need to apply: Experience: A minimum of 1 year prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.

The Licence: A valid FLT Counterbalance certificate.

Note: Your certificate must be within 3 years of its issue date.

We can only accept older certificates if you have proof of a refresher course completed within this year.

Reliability: The ability to handle physical tasks and heavy lifting where required.

Skills: Basic maths for order fulfilment and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
