Service & Breakdown Engineer (Domestic Gas) Location: Worcestershire Employment Type: PAYE Full Time Salary: £40,000 £45,000 Package & Benefits Guaranteed contracted hours Pension Scheme (Salary Sacrifice) Company van & fuel card Postcode-based scheduling (reduced travel time) Free DBS check Employee Assistance Programme Role Overview You will join a domestic heating maintenance team, carrying out servicing, breakdowns and repairs on gas central heating systems within residential properties.

Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair domestic gas heating systems and appliances Complete servicing, maintenance and reactive call-outs Ensure work is carried out safely, professionally and to regulatory standards Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients Maintain accurate job records and compliance documentation Required Qualifications & Experience ACS Domestic Gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1 Energy Efficiency qualification (or willing to obtain) Asbestos Awareness certificate (training xwzovoh can be provided) Full UK driving licence Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Minimum 5 years experience preferred but not essential Proven experience diagnosing faults on domestic gas heating systems Desirable Previous domestic repair experience Additional gas or renewable qualifications Strong first-time fix rate
