Senior Service Desk Engineer - York - £30,000-£40,000 - Hybrid. My client is looking for an experienced Senior Service Desk Engineer to join their Service Desk team with MSP experience. On any given day, you may be picking up escalated tickets from first line, jumping onto newly raised complex requests, contributing to client implementations, assisting and running client projects or writing knowledgebase articles that are internal and customer-facing. 3+ years in a second line or senior first line support role. ~ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration – Exchange, Teams. SharePoint, OneDrive, InTune, EntraID. ~ Hands-on experience with Windows Service, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP. ~ Microsoft Certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, MD-102, AZ-104 or equivalent). Exposure to Azure Infrastructure - VMs, networking, backup, Entra ID.
