Fire and Security Engineer - Manchester Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year (Negotiable) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our growing team across the North West. This is a field-based role working across a variety of commercial sites. You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on a range of fire and security systems while building strong relationships with customers. Location: Manchester and the North-West Key Responsibilities Service and maintain fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently Complete all service documentation and reports accurately Ensure systems meet relevant British Standards Provide excellent customer service on-site Support with occasional small installation works when required Participate in a shared telephone support call-out rota Systems Experience Required CCTV (IP & analogue – Hikvision, Dahua) Access Control (Paxton, Comelit PAC) Fire Alarms ((BS5839 compliant) Intruder Alarms (Texecom, Honeywell Galaxy) What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of fire and security systems Good understanding of industry standards Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Professional and reliable with good communication skills Full UK driving licence Ability to pass security vetting
