Mechanical Construction Manager – Data Centre Project Location: Saunderton, near High Wycombe Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 Sector: Data Centres Project Value: 9.5MW / £90M M&E package Project Overview We are recruiting Mechanical Construction Managers for a major new-build data centre project in Saunderton. This is a fast-paced scheme with approximately 300 operatives on site, requiring strong coordination, leadership, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical construction activities across the project Oversee Health & Safety compliance on site Maintain and drive high-quality standards Lead look-ahead planning and coordinate daily site activities Order and manage materials and plant Manage subcontract packages and ensure performance Requirements Proven experience in mechanical construction management Experience on large-scale M&E or infrastructure projects Data centre experience preferred Strong organisational and leadership skills High attention to detail and quality standards Must be able to commute to Saunderton (driving required) Diamond and the Danny Sullivan Group are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
