Account Manager – Managed IT Services Milton Keynes (Hybrid) £45,000–£55,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70K+) We’re partnering with a growing and highly respected Managed Service Provider delivering tailored IT solutions to businesses across the UK and internationally. Specialising in managed IT support, cloud infrastructure, cyber security, Microsoft solutions, networking, and IT lifecycle services, they are known for their consultative approach, technical expertise, and customer-first mindset. With continued expansion, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Account Manager. The Role: Account Manager – Managed IT Services This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of an established client portfolio, driving long-term relationships while identifying opportunities to grow revenue across managed IT, cloud, and security solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with existing business clients Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across managed services, cloud, cyber security, and Microsoft solutions Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery Conduct regular account reviews to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to provide tailored, strategic solutions Support wider business growth through proactive account development and commercial awarenessWhat We’re Looking For Proven experience in account management within an MSP, IT services, or technology solutions environment Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cyber security offerings Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively and strategically Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approachWhat’s On Offer £45,000–£55,000 basic salary Uncapped commission structure (OTE £70K+) Hybrid working model based around Milton Keynes Clear progression opportunities within a growing organisation Supportive and collaborative team environment Comprehensive benefits packageInterested?
