Client Details This role is with an organisation in the not-for-profit sector, based in Manchester. Description Coordinate and manage property repair requests from tenants and stakeholders. Liaise with contractors to schedule and monitor repair works. Ensure repairs are completed in line with agreed timelines and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of repair activities and costs. Provide clear communication and updates to tenants regarding repair progress. Conduct inspections to verify completion and quality of repairs. Assist in resolving any disputes or issues related to repair works. Support the Property department with administrative tasks as needed.Profile A successful Repairs Officer should have: Experience in property repairs or maintenance coordination, preferably in the not-for-profit sector. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in using property management systems or similar software. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.Job Offer An hourly rate of £16.00 to £20.00, dependent on the level of experience.
